Greece Update

In May I returned to start the translation of the SOC into the Greek language. We had two translators scheduled to do the project, but one hurt her foot and was put on bed rest a month. God has given us Bro. Antony Marmaras and he has proven to be the right man for the job. His desire is for this school to affect his nation through the churches that are established there.
He brought a very clear understanding to me of the Greek mindset concerning the condition of the church in this nation. Bro. Antony said the Greek people pride themselves in knowledge, from the secular to the religious. It is a culture with a desire to learn what can be known, as is evident in the fact that some of history's greatest thinkers came from Greece. He informed me the real problem is applying/becoming what they have learned; here is where it all breaks down. As lovely as the Greek people are, Biblical discipline and application of the Word is there greatest need.
He and I know this school will help them become the truth they learn as they hear the Word taught by Pastor Clendennen. A special thanks to all who stand with this ministry to finish the task of making disciples of all men.
